How long does it take?

 

We produce the RTR in less than 21 days.  Once we have had the chance to go over these results with you and we are confident in moving forward we can usually have a short list of candidates ready to meet your hiring managers in another 21 days. 
Most of our placements are done in 60 days with successful candidates starting in as few as 90 days from the date we begin our search.  Some searches are more difficult than others, this is precisely why we use the Real Time Report to let you know when this is the case and allow us to adjust our search accordingly.
